Mary Wallace and Athena are teenage fencers training for the Junior Olympics. They practice together, they compete against each other, they spend their lives together. They wish they were friends. A 75-minute comedy about friendship, competition, and embracing one’s strengths, this play was a NY Times "Critic’s Pick" when it premièred in 2018.

The Incredible Fox Sisters

This Texas premiere is a dark comedy of two real sisters from Hydesville, N.Y., who can speak with the spirits of the dead. The play follows the girls, and later women, as they tour the USA, and even the world, conducting séances. Unexpectedly funny and touching, The Incredible Fox Sisters explores a world of fame, family, and phantoms just in time for Halloween.


Fall & Recovery: Faculty Dance Concert

University Theatre

Fall & Recovery 2023, the LU Department of Theatre and Dance's annual fall faculty concert, was held in the University Theatre on Nov. 10-11. The show featured a variety of dance styles performed by the LUTD student company and guests.

Dangerous Corner

At a seemingly innocent dinner party, the guests are rapidly thrust into a series of increasingly damning revelations related to the death of a brother of one of the group. Made into films in 1934 and 1965, this play is a murder mystery that keeps you guessing and second guessing as more secrets are revealed.

Dance Unleashed

Dance Unleashed featured performers pushing boundaries and bringing new ideas to the table for people to enjoy and relate to. The performance featured different genres of dance including modern, contemporary, tap, jazz, ballroom and ballet.
