The New Student Orientation Track is designed for First Time College (FTC) students enrolling in classes during the Summer or Fall after they graduate high school. Students may register up to two guests for the Parent and Family Orientation Track that is offered during the same time as the student’s orientation session. Attending New Student Orientation is required for all FTC students and will appear on your admissions checklist.
Registration for the New Student Orientation Track will open March 2025.

The Transfer and Non-Traditional Student Track is designed for students who are transferring from another institution, students who may have taken some time off after graduating high school before enrolling, or for adult learners. Orientation is not mandatory for these student types.
Registration information and session dates for the Transfer and Non-Traditional Student Track will open March 2025.
The International Student Orientation Track is overseen by the Office of International Education and Services (OIES) and is designed for international students starting in the Fall. All communication and registration information will be sent to this population of students directly from their office.
